Continuing Education (Further Education)

The European Institute Emmanuel Levinas offers Continuing Education programs dedicated to  “Understanding the Jewish world”  for  specific professionals (mostly teachers and educators). These can take form as independent training programs or as lectures given within the frame of education institutions and professional or cultural associations.

– The European Institute Emmanuel Levinas, with teams of teachers and trainers, organizes multiannual programs called  “Understanding the Jewish world”: academic training for French teachers, initiated by the Foundation for the Memory of Shoah (FMS) in association with the French Ministry of Education.

– The European Institute Emmanuel Levinas is associated with the CNRS-Université Paris I and the Columbia University in New York for the creation of an international network of “Heritage Studies”.

– The European Institute Emmanuel Levinas is associated with the CNRS Centre de recherches sens, éthiques et société Université de Paris Descartes and with the CNRS Centre de recherches française de Jérusalem (CRFJ)  for the training of French National Education administrators.
